These terms apply to anugerahsuksesgroup.com and to ASG Content Studio, the social media publishing tool operated by CV. Anugerah Sukses Group ("ASG", "we"). By using either, you agree to these terms.

The website

The website presents the industrial products we distribute. Product information, specifications, images and availability are provided for reference and may change without notice. Nothing on the website is a binding offer: prices, stock and delivery are confirmed only when we reply to your enquiry.

Brand names and logos shown on the website belong to their respective owners. Our own text, photographs and catalogue may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.

ASG Content Studio

ASG Content Studio lets our authorised staff upload a video and publish it to social media accounts that we own or manage. It is not offered to the public. Anyone given access must:

• keep the login password confidential and not share access outside the company;
• connect only accounts they are authorised to manage;
• publish only content that we have the right to publish and that is lawful;
• follow the rules of each platform the content is published to.

Third-party platforms

Content published through ASG Content Studio is delivered to third-party platforms and is subject to their terms, including the TikTok Terms of Service, the YouTube Terms of Service and the Meta Terms of Service. Those platforms decide whether content is accepted, how it is displayed and whether it stays online. We are not responsible for their decisions or for interruptions to their services.

ASG Content Studio uses YouTube API Services. By using it to upload videos to YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information the website and ASG Content Studio handle and how to have it deleted.

Availability and liability

The website and ASG Content Studio are provided as they are, without a guarantee that they will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from their use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Changes

If these terms change, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.
