This policy explains what information CV. Anugerah Sukses Group ("ASG", "we") handles on anugerahsuksesgroup.com and in ASG Content Studio, the tool our marketing team uses to publish our own videos to our social media accounts.
The website
The website is a product catalogue. It has no user accounts and no contact forms, and it does not use advertising or analytics trackers. Our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and troubleshooting.
When you contact us through a WhatsApp link, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We use the details you send us only to answer your enquiry and process your order.
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers when a page opens.
ASG Content Studio
ASG Content Studio is used only by our own staff to upload a video once and publish it to social media accounts that we own or manage. It is not open to the public and has no public sign-up.
When we connect an account, the platform asks the account owner for permission. With that permission ASG Content Studio receives and stores:
- Basic profile information: the account or channel ID, display name and profile picture, so we can tell connected accounts apart.
- Access tokens issued by the platform, which let ASG Content Studio publish to that account, or for TikTok send the video to the account's TikTok inbox as a draft. Tokens are stored encrypted.
- The content we publish: the video files, captions, titles and cover images we upload, and the status and link of each post.
ASG Content Studio does not read followers, messages, comments, viewing history or any other content of a connected account.
How we use this information
We use it for one purpose: to publish the videos we choose to the connected accounts and to show our staff whether each post succeeded. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone other than the platform the video is being published to.
Platforms we connect to
- TikTok: ASG Content Studio uses the TikTok Login Kit to connect an account and the Content Posting API to upload videos to the account's TikTok inbox as drafts, which the account owner reviews and posts in the TikTok app. See the TikTok Privacy Policy.
- YouTube: ASG Content Studio uses YouTube API Services to upload videos. By using this feature you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google handles your data under the Google Privacy Policy.
- Facebook and Instagram: ASG Content Studio uses Meta's Graph API. See the Meta Privacy Policy.
ASG Content Studio's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and retention
Data is stored on a server we rent in Singapore. Uploaded video files and cover images are deleted from the server automatically 14 days after upload. The record of each post (caption, status, link) is kept as our posting history. Profile information and tokens are kept until the account is disconnected.
Disconnecting an account and deleting data
An account can be disconnected in ASG Content Studio at any time, which deletes its stored token. Access can also be revoked from the platform itself:
- TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions.
- Google / YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Facebook / Instagram: Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
To ask us to delete any information we hold about you or your account, contact us using the details below. We will delete it within 30 days.
Security
Access to ASG Content Studio requires a password and is limited to our staff. All connections use HTTPS, and platform tokens are encrypted before they are stored.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.
